Wear-Arc Shipping & Returns Policy

Order Fulfillment

All orders are processed and fulfilled within 2 business days of purchase.
Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays will be processed the next business day.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Delivery times vary based on the shipping option selected at checkout and carrier performance.


Shipping Times

Shipping times depend on the method chosen at checkout. While delivery estimates are provided by the carrier, please note that they are not guaranteed.

Wear-Arc is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, carrier volume, or customs processing.


Returns

We want you to love your Wear-Arc purchase. If something isn’t right, you may return your order within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@wear-arc.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label via email.

Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@wear-arc.com. We’ll make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a refund as quickly as possible.
